How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be shipped within 3-7 business days after your payment is confirmed and will be delivered to the delivery address you provided by the cargo company. After your order is shipped, it will be delivered by the cargo company within 3 days. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed on the first business day following the holiday.

What should I do if I encounter problems with the delivery?
In deliveries made by the cargo company, please check if the products are damaged. If the products are damaged, open and check them in the presence of a cargo company representative. Please remember that once the product is received, you have confirmed that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.

Who is responsible for product assembly?
Our products are specially packaged and delivered disassembled. Installation is your responsibility. Installation steps and diagram, screw and accessory assembly diagram and suitable materials, product warranty certificate and user manual are available. Customer service provides remote support for your questions and problems regarding assembly.

Delivery Status
Deliveries are made in front of the residence.
Products must be checked at the time of delivery, and products with damaged or open packaging must not be accepted for delivery.
When receiving your product from the cargo company, be sure to check the package for any damage such as crushing, getting wet, tearing, etc. before receiving it.
In case of damage, a damage assessment report must be requested. Returns cannot be accepted for products without a damage assessment report.
The products are shipped in cardboard boxes and cutting and piercing tools should not be used when opening them (Knife, Utility Knife, Pen, etc.)

Assembly
Modenza branded products are made with our Modenza Home delivery vehicles. You can benefit from free shipping and assembly opportunities when you shop from Modenza Home. Delivery may take longer depending on density and capacity.

The packages include the necessary installation diagram for easy and fun installation, a material bag and user manual compatible with the installation diagram of all screws and accessories. You can easily install with simple hand tools. For fast and error-free installation, there are part numbers compatible with the installation diagram on the part.

When you receive our products, please check the cargo packages. If there is any damage, have the cargo officer draw up a damage report. Used or installed products cannot be cancelled or returned. Cargo companies may not deliver our heavy products (wardrobe, coat rack, etc.) to your door.
